Waste transport. Poland and Germany.
We are authorised to transport waste in Poland and in Germany. We carry waste within Poland and between Poland and Germany. Whether we accept an order depends on the waste code and the documents that accompany it.

01 / Service scope
What needs to be agreed before carrying waste?
Waste is carried under different rules from ordinary cargo. The type of waste is defined by its code in the waste catalogue. The code decides whether the waste is hazardous, which documents go with it and where it may go. In Poland, the handover of waste is recorded with a waste transfer note in the BDO system.
Shipping waste between Poland and Germany is governed by EU waste shipment rules. Green-listed waste destined for recovery travels with an information document (Annex VII). Other shipments require prior notification and consent from the competent authorities. The person arranging the shipment is responsible for these formalities; we provide transport in line with the documents.
- Construction waste: rubble, excavated soil, demolition materials.
- Production and packaging waste from plants.
- Waste going for recovery in Germany or brought from Germany to Poland.
We remove rubble and soil from sites by tipper. Hazardous waste may also need ADR transport.

What to prepare for a waste transport quote?
The waste code is the starting point. Without it, the transport requirements cannot be set.
- Waste code and description
- Give the waste code from the catalogue, e.g. 17 01 07, and a short description. State whether the waste is hazardous.
- Quantity and form
- Tell us how much waste there is (tonnes, m³) and in what form: loose, in big bags, in a container, on pallets.
- Collection and destination
- Give the place we collect the waste from and the facility that will accept it: a treatment plant, sorting plant or landfill.
- Documents
- Domestic transport needs a waste transfer note in BDO. For shipments to or from Germany, an information document or a shipment consent is needed, depending on the type of waste.

How does waste transport work?
Checking the waste
Based on the code, quantity and destination, we set the requirements and choose the vehicle: a tipper, a trailer or a container.
Documents
We agree who issues the transfer note or the shipment documents and check them before loading.
Transport to the facility
We take the waste to the designated facility. In Germany, the vehicle displays the white “A” signs required there.

Are you authorised to transport waste?
Yes, in Poland and in Germany. We provide the details of our authorisations when we agree the order.
What is a waste transfer note (KPO)?
It is a document in the Polish BDO system confirming the handover of waste. It is issued by the party handing over the waste, and the receiver and the carrier confirm acceptance and transport in the system.
Which documents are needed to ship waste to Germany?
It depends on the type of waste and its purpose. Green-listed waste for recovery travels with an information document (Annex VII). Other shipments require notification and consent from the competent authorities. The person arranging the shipment prepares these documents beforehand.
Do you remove rubble from construction sites?
Yes. We remove rubble, soil and demolition waste by tipper. Give the quantity and the waste code, if you know it.
Do you carry hazardous waste?
Ask about the specific waste. Hazardous waste may be subject to both waste rules and ADR, so we check every case based on the waste code and the safety data sheet.
