We are looking for an experienced freight forwarder with their own client base. You organise transport in Poland and across Europe with our fleet of 25 vehicles and through trusted carriers. Employment contract or B2B, your choice, with hybrid work at our Sosnowiec office.

The job
What the job involves.
You win orders from your own and new clients, quote them and handle them from loading to unloading. You find loads and trucks on freight exchanges such as Trans.eu and Timocom.
You can run orders with the MTS TURBO fleet: 25 vehicles and five trailer types (standard, mega, flatbed, universal, container chassis). When a job needs other equipment, you arrange it through trusted carriers.
We work in Poland and across Europe, most often with the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Benelux countries, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. We hold abnormal load permits in Poland and the Czech Republic, carry ADR goods and are authorised to transport waste in Poland and Germany.
Requirements
- Experience in road freight forwarding
- Your own client base
- Working knowledge of freight exchanges (Trans.eu, Timocom)

How much does a freight forwarder earn at MTS TURBO?
Pay is based on commission on the margin of your orders. We agree the commission individually in the interview, depending on your experience and the type of contract.

Is the forwarder job remote?
It is hybrid: some days you work at our office at Braci Mieroszewskich 2l, Sosnowiec, and some days remotely. We agree the details in the interview.
Do I need my own client base?
Yes. We are looking for an experienced forwarder with their own clients. You can carry out orders with our fleet of 25 vehicles or through trusted carriers.
